1. "How do I Login?"

Select Login & enter your PS No. (numerics only) or Email Address in Username field. Initial password is given via email & you will ask to change upon login.

P/S: Remember your new password. Even better, allows the browser to save & manage your password for convenient login experience in the future.


2. "I forgot my password / I would like to reset my password"

Select Login button. Click on password hyperlink. Enter your AFFIN email address to receive the reset link.


3. "My account appears to be 'Inactive'. What should I do?"

Kindly obtain a screenshot of the error & pass to Admin. We require your StaffID (PS No. XXXXXXXX) to perform re-activation. Ensure that you at least login to the site once a year.


 4. "I have downloaded the mobile app. What is the domain info that I need to enter before I can login?"

Our site domain is affinbank.talentlms.com


5. "My phone unable to download media/SCORM content from the app. What should i do?"

Try alternative method of signing into portal via mobile internet browser (Google Chrome / Safari / Firefox or any other latest browsers).


6. "I just joined the Bank this month. How do I start login?"

All accounts will be auto-created on the following month. Watch out for email notification from Affin e-Academy (noreply@talentlms.com) for login credential information. Please be informed that the login information is unique and not similar to Windows ID login.
